Preventative Maintenance Agreements are designed to make sure that a facility’s HVAC system and equipment is running as efficiently as possible, extend the lifespan of equipment and identify potential problems thus reducing unexpected breakdowns and costly repairs. At ECD our PMAs are tailored to meet the needs and requests of our customers’ facility and staff. We make every effort to partner with our customers to help ensure cost effective and long-term solutions to their needs. We strive to find out what they need and help make recommendations based on our expertise and years of training to make sure they end up with an agreement that is right for them.
